Shake Shack Inc., incorporated on September 23, 2014, operates roadside burger stands. The Company serves an American menu of burgers, hot dogs, crispy chicken, frozen custard, crinkle cut fries, shakes, beer and wine, among others. The Company's signature items are its all-natural, hormone and antibiotic-free burgers, hot dogs, crispy chicken, crinkle cut fries, shakes and frozen custard. Its menu focuses on food and beverages, crafted from a range of classic American foods. The Company's domestic menu includes a range of signature items, such as the ShackBurger, SmokeShack, Shack-cago Dog, 'Shroom Burger, seasonal frozen custard, hand-spun shakes, concretes, ShackMeister Ale, and Shack Red and Shack White wines. As of December 28, 2016, it had 114 Shacks in 13 countries and 16 states, as well as the District of Columbia.

The Company's burgers are made with a whole-muscle blend of all-natural, hormone and antibiotic-free Angus beef, ground fresh daily, cooked to order and served on a non-genetically modified organism (GMO) potato bun. The ShackBurger is a four-ounce cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato and ShackSauce. Its crinkle cut fries are made from Yukon potatoes and are prepared free of artificial trans-fat. It also provides Cheese Fries, which are its crinkle cut fries topped with a blend of cheddar and American cheese sauce. Both its beef hot dogs and its chicken dogs are made from all-natural, hormone and antibiotic-free beef and chicken, respectively. The Shack-cago Dog is its classic Chicago-style hot dog, topped with Shack relish, onion, cucumber, pickle, tomato, sport pepper, celery salt and mustard. Its ice cream, hand-spun daily on-site, is crafted from its vanilla and chocolate recipes using sugar and milk from dairy farmers.

The Company's concretes are made by blending frozen custard at high speed with mix-ins. ShackMeister Ale was specifically crafted to complement the flavor profile of a ShackBurger. At select locations, the Company also offers local craft beers to each Shack's geography. The Company serves draft Root Beer, seasonal freshly-squeezed lemonade, organic fresh brewed iced tea, cold brew coffee, organic apple juice and Shack20 bottled water. ShackBurger dog biscuits, peanut butter sauce and vanilla custard make up its signature Pooch-ini, which is available at Shacks with an outdoor space. The Company also serves dog biscuits to-go. The Chick'n Shack is crafted from an all-natural and antibiotic-free cage-free chicken breast slow-cooked in creamy buttermilk marinade, hand-dipped into Shack-made batter, dredged through seasoned flour and crisp-fried. It is topped with pickles, crisp shredded lettuce and a tangy Shack-made buttermilk herb mayo made with chives, parsley and thyme. The Lockhart Link Burger cheeseburger is topped with a griddled Kreuz Market jalapeno cheese sausage link, ShackSauce and pickles. The ParkBurger is topped with cave-aged Jasper Hill Farm raw cow's milk cheese sauce and all-natural Niman Ranch applewood smoked bacon.
